Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in West Hartford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.

A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required and perform the Work in its entirety as shown on the Contract Drawings and as specified herein. B. The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. The Work shall be as follows 1. Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining of sewer mains, including the management of flows required thereto. 2. CCTV of sewer mains prior to rehabilitation , post rehabilitation , and 1 -year post CIPP completion. 3. Sewer manhole monolithic cementitious lining and chimney rehabilitation. 4. Installation of two 24-inch insertion gate valves on existing 24-inch cast iron water main, see Special Provision Item #1302127A. 5. Removal and disposal of 260 linear feet of 24-inch cast iron water main. 6. Installation of 70 linear feet of 36-inch steel casing pipe, see Special Provision Item #1301952A. 7. Installation of 260 linear feet of 24-inch water main with appurtenances. C. Contracting Method : Work shall be constructed under one prime contract.
