The overall scope of the Work which is more fully described in these Contract Documents includes, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to Phillips and TH 55 Storm Tunnel Repairs Obtain all permits necessary to complete the Work. Mobilize and demobilize labor, equipment, and materials. Provide water control including temporary bypass. Provide temporary erosion and sedimentation control. Provide traffic and pedestrian control. Provide site security Perform various concrete liner and reinforcement repairs. Perform drilling through concrete liner and void filling outside of concrete liner. Modify an existing tunnel access shaft. Restore site and repair existing features (as necessary). 20% Female and 32% Minority Rehabilitation of the Phillips and TH 55 storm tunnel, including all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the sewer maintenance project.
