Replacement of exterior doors at Bryant School. The Bridgeport Board of Education wishes to replace doors at Bryant School, 230 Poplar Street, Bridgeport. Existing hollow metal frames to remain, check for structural integrity. Except for Delivery Door. FRP doors are to be city standard; Special Lite FRP SL 17 series, dark bronze face and edge finished to match existing. Color as selected by owner. Hardware to include City standard; Markar heavy duty continuous hinges, Von Duprin 99 series exit devices with keyed dogging, LCN 4000 series closers, Schlage high security Primus cylinders, Master keyed as directed by owner to integrate into owner's existing system, 8-inch kickplates, each door to have sweeps and perimeter weatherstripping. Labor to include complete demo and removal of existing doors, frames and hardware, installation of new doors, frames and hardware. Remounting of existing alarm contacts is included. Replacement of electromagnetic lock with electric strike is included. All old material to be removed by contractor. All field measurements and coordination are the responsibility of the contractor.
