Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Oshawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade fire / police facility.
This Invitation to Tender (the ITT) is an invitation by the Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Hangar Building Renovations & Exterior Improvements, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The Work of this Contract generally compromises of interior office space renovations and certain exterior improvements to the DRPS Hangar Building located at 1250 Airport Blvd, Oshawa ON. The Work generally includes renovations of a two-storey office area comprising of existing general offices, washrooms, training room space, lunchroom and copy spaces, among others, as indicted in the Tender drawings. The Work also includes new showers, locker rooms, boardroom and reception/lobby area. Exterior improvements include, fencing and gate additions, a generator, and storage shed among other details.
