Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Rye Brook, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Proposal is to supply, install and adjust a hydraulic valve on the existing Dover Elevator located at Village Hall 938 King Street, Rye Brook NY 10573. Contractor shall verify make and model, specifications and sizing. Valve shall be replaced with a new unit OEM or approved equal. Ensure the new valve matches the existing pump unit, piping, cylinder, and controller interface. Valve must be rated for the maximum system working pressure plus a safety factor. Contractor provides all necessary labor, gaskets, oil, adjustments for a fully operating system. System / cab shall be tested as needed. Provide a certification / report that elevator is operating properly when complete. Minimum 1 -year warranty on all newly installed parts, labor, and components.
