Reference Number 0000432993 Roto milling services Any questions regarding this bid request should be emailed to dseavey@gcrc.org by 10:00 a.m. on August 12, 2026 DESCRIPTION: Below are the specification requirements for furnishing ITEM #90 ROTO MILLING on an as needed basis. The Contractor shall meet the following specifications and requirements, and all related, required materials and accessories. Proposals shall be for items as specified on attached Specifications and Proposal Form. All items shall conform to the current Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) requirements. ESTIMATED MILES: 30 - Milling should be submitted as an Hourly Rate. EQUIPMENT: Use cold-milling machine equipped with positive depth control adjustments and a positive means for controlling the cross slope. Mobilization will include compensation for the contractor to move personnel, equipment, supplies and incidentals to each project site. Mobilization Fee should be submitted as a Flat Rate.
