**As of September 28, 2026, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** he YIPU Project includes the replacement of the existing sanitary interceptor from Old Centreville Road to the Flat Branch Pump Station along the Bull Run River. The Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing sanitary sewer and replacing with new sewer main, sanitary bypass system, work across four stream crossings. A complete description of the Work can be found in the Contract Documents.
