Reference Number 0000432886 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and specialized skills necessary to complete the Citywide Fire Station Roll-Up Door Replacement Project in accordance with the Contract Documents and Project Specifications. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of existing roll-up door systems at nine City fire stations, including: Furnishing and installing forty-two (42) new high-speed spiral roll-up door systems at seven (7) fire stations. Furnishing and installing ten (10) new industrial roll-up door systems at two (2) fire stations. Completing all associated electrical, control, structural, and finish work required for fully operational door systems. Testing, adjusting, commissioning, and demonstrating the operation and safety features of each new door system. Removing and legally disposing of existing doors, operators, controls, and related materials, as required. Providing a five-year preventative maintenance program for the installed door systems. Providing a five-year maintenance and service agreement in accordance with the Project Specifications. Coordinating the work to minimize disruption to ongoing fire station operations and maintain emergency response access throughout construction.
