OWNER'S FINISH SELECTIONS The owner shall select finish, colors, styles & types of materials from pre-mixed , in stock options . The contractor & property owner shall submit to the Agency, a copy of the agreed upon colors, styles and types of materials prior to job start. Roofing FASCIA 1 "X 6" Specification: Provide an allowance to remove and replace up to 100 linear feet of damaged fascia with new material to match the existing profile and dimensions. Contractor shall coordinate with the Grant Inspector to identify and verify the locations requiring replacement prior to commencing work. Where fascia replacement requires removal of the existing roofing material, the contractor shall carefully remove and reinstall the existing metal roofing shingles. If existing shingles are damaged or cannot be reused during the repair process, the contractor shall provide and install replacement metal shingles to match the existing profile, color, and finish as closely as commercially available. WINDOW REPLACEMENT - IMPACT Replace window with new correspondingly seized and current FBC, Energy Code compliant, single-hung aluminum 1/1 window with Impact rated insulated , LoE glass. Includes modification of opening to accept new window if required . Includes matching of existing interior/exterior finishes at returns. Include marble window sill replacement if necessary. PGT, CGI, ESW, or rehab program approved equal . Frame color to be determined and approved by owner and applies to all windows being replaced. DOOR--PREHUNG FIBERGLASS ENTRANCE Provide and install a new pre-hung solid fiberglass garage side entry door, impact-rated and outswing, complete with weather-stripping, threshold, hinges, and all required installation hardware. Door shall include a keyed entry lockset and single-cylinder deadbolt keyed alike. Install new exterior and interior casing/trim as required to match existing conditions. Door handing (left or right-hand outswing) shall be field verified and approved by the owner prior to ordering. If the door is factory pre-primed , apply two (2) finish coats of exterior-grade paint. If not pre-primed , apply one (1 ) coat of primer followed by two (2) finish coats of exterior-grade paint. Color to be selected by the owner. GARAGE DOOR OPENER - 3/4 HP - CHAIN DRIVE Install chain driven garage door opener 3/4 HP, Genie, Lift Master or Chamberlain, intelligent code type, shall come with two programmable remotes and one wall control.
