Reference Number 0000432788 The City of Jersey City, Department of Public Works, seeks qualified HVAC contractors to replace aging and/or deficient HVAC equipment at the Municipal Courthouse. This project is structured as a replacement-only procurement and is not a preventative maintenance, monthly service, year-round service, open-ended repair, or air duct cleaning contract. Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda will render the bid non-responsive, and the bid will be rejected. Acknowledgment of each addendum must be clearly established and included with the bid, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2(e).
