Earthwork. Site excavation for improvements and grading, all cuts and fills/import export per plan requirements. New electrical service electrical conduit, pull wires, poles & fixtures and connect site lighting (IAW PSE& G). Contractor shall install foundations for site lighting. Contractor shall install foundations, conduit, pull wires poles & fixtures and connect to source the sport lighting, flag pole lighting and outlet pedestals. Installation of new concrete; curbing and flatwork including concrete slab and sidewalk surfaces in walking areas as designated on the plans, reinforced concrete retaining walls. Installation of new site furnishings (water features, dog park, canine synthetic turf, drainage, water infrastructure, flagpole with light, benches, etc) as specified or as shown on the drawings.
