Site work for a water / sewer project in Waller, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes approximately 1,248 L.F. of 12-inch waterline and approximately 2,773 L.F. of 12-inch sanitary sewer for Blinn College Utility Extension project in the City of Waller, Texas, including sanitary sewer manholes, fire hydrant assemblies, trenchless utility crossings, and associated site restoration. Waterline and sanitary construction will be open cut and trenchless method with and without casing and restrained joint. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond from a surety company holding a permit in the State of Texas for an amount equal to 5% of the amount bid. The amount of said certified or cashier's check or bond will be forfeited to the OWNER and the bank or surety shall be liable to the OWNER for the amount in the event the successful bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as hereafter required within ten (10) days after the date of notice of award. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas.
