Renovation of a municipal facility in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove existing wall carpet, prepare wall surfaces by removing adhesive and repairing imperfections, install plywood backing anchored to wall studs for a future screen wall, remove and infill two interior windows, and repaint all affected areas, including the exposed plywood. Work shall result in smooth, finished walls with structurally supported mounting surfaces, and a uniform painted appearance throughout the room.
