Renovation of a residential development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Upgrading electrical services to include switchgear and metering to each building and replacing gas appliances with electric at Faulker Street development . Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price . All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149, 44A-J. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. These contracts are subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wages, OSHA Certification, DCAMM Eligibility and HUD Section 3 reporting requirements. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities.
