Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Description of Work A. Mass grading and excavation of the canals and outfall swale, B. Drill shafts and bridge retaining walls for a bridge (by others), C. A concrete lined canal with adjacent paseo and park, D. Storm sewer improvements associated with the canal outfall, and E. Utility improvements and relocation to support the canal development. The Owner's Budget for the Project is $ 42,000,000. The Project is to be Substantially Complete and ready for operation on or before May 2028. The Project is to be complete and eligible for Final Payment 60 days after the date for Substantial Completion. Question Submission Deadline:September 4, 2026, 5:00pm Questions are to be submitted using the Question-and-Answer process on the Procurement Website.
