The intent of this solicitation is to hire a contractor to complete the rehabilitation of the Collins 2.5 MG EST. The interior tank improvements include repair, preparation of surfaces to be coated, application of a complete interior coating system, and disinfection of the tank interior surfaces. Electrical upgrades include the removal and replacement of various electrical equipment and installation of instrumentation and control devices, fixtures and controls, security cameras, conduit and conductors, and grounding systems. Additional interior work includes repair and replacement of the tank wet access tube hatch, interior painters rail, grab bars, and pedestal landing. Instrumentation and control improvements include chlorine analyzer installation and modifications to the inlet/outlet piping, sample line, and pedestal sink.
