Demolition of existing light fixtures and related materials, and removal of construction trash and materials from the site. Furnishing and installing all equipment and materials for the lighting upgrades as indicated on the drawings and specifications. Removal, storage, and reinstallation of existing ceiling tiles for performance of this work. Related lighting controls and programming. Project and Construction Management for all self-performed work and all subcontractors. Coordination with the Owner. Systems Start-up and Commissioning. General Conditions. Coordination of all inspections with the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
