Epoxy Flooring for the Kitchen floor. Description, Documents Availability, Events The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel , equipment, tools, materials, supervision, trash removal and quality control necessary to perform the epoxy kitchen floor installation for the Richmond VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1201 Broad Rock Blvd Richmond , VA 23249. The contractor shall install quartz double broadcast epoxy floor system to 2,304 sq . ft. kitchen floor area, divided into two areas. The two areas are: BF-104 dishwashing area 928 sq . ft. and cooking area 1376 sq. ft. Color shall be an exact match to existing floor color Estes BCM Caramel manufacturer Clifford W. Estes Company. The contractor shall: Provide all labor, supervision , equipment, tools, and materials. . Protect adjacent walls, drains, equipment, and fixtures from damage. Coordinate work schedules with the Government to minimize disruption to kitchen operations. Remove debris and dispose of waste in accordance with federal , state, and local regulations.
