Sarasota County is seeking a qualified, experienced contractor to design, engineer, fabricate, perform site preparation and install one monument sign at the UF/IFAS Extension Office, located at 6600 Clark Road , Sarasota, FL per the specifications contained herein . A. Contractor's quote shall be all-inclusive, covering the cost of labor, materials, equipment, permits, setup, delivery and all related costs necessary to complete the project as specified herein. B. Sarasota County will have final approval of monument sign design. C. Monument sign shall conform to Sarasota County branding guidelines. D. Monument sign shall comply with local zoning requirements per governing authority. E. Monument sign shall be durable, weather resistant and withstand Category 4 hurricane force winds. F. Contractor shall be responsible for all required permitting. Contractor's permit cost shall be part of their overall bid submittal price. G. Contractor shall locate and mark underground utilities prior to any digging to avoid damage. H. Contractor shall mark site according to property lines and setback requirements. I. Contractor shall be responsible for all field measurements. J. Contractor shall coordinate scheduled work hours with the project manager in advance. K. Contractor shall collect and haul all debris from project location on a daily basis or at the end of the work day.
