Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Surrey (the "City") is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified organizations (the "Respondent") interested in designing, building, financing, constructing and operating of new sports facilities at Princess Margaret Park.
