Renovation of a military facility in Alamosa, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform interior touch-up and repair services for four upper-level offices at the main office building. Work includes limited interior improvements such as surface repairs, refreshed finishes, new flooring installation, and minor ceiling and lighting updates. The contractor shall complete all required repairs and associated work necessary to restore and improve the office spaces in accordance with the statement of work.
