The City of Puyallup ("City") is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from professional consulting firms licensed under the laws of the State of Washington to select a qualified consultant capable of performing a variety of on-call, as-needed consulting services. The city does not expect that one consulting firm will have the ability to perform all of the services listed below. However, if your firm can provide more than one of the services, please provide a separate SOQ for each. The city is seeking SOQs for the following professional on call services: Building Department Support: code consulting services including interpretation, code application guidance, construction plan review and field inspection services Fire Protection Engineering: code consulting services including interpretation, code application guidance, construction plan review and field inspection services, with an ability to perform services for multi-story buildings and smoke control.
