Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Yreka, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Installation of 2 walk-in/ADA compliant shower units, including hardware and associated drywall work. Successful bid shall include all necessary labor, materials, and tools needed to install 2 walk-in/ADA compliant shower units with all hardware and drywall work at 1251 A and B Puh Nay Fitch in the Karuk Tribe Housing Authority community of Yreka, CA 96097 on Tribal Trust Lands as follows: 1. Successful bidder shall be responsible for rebuilding the existing drain to match KTHA needs, during the site visit the drain position and the new drain to be installed will be shown; 2 total drain systems will be installed. 2. Successful bidder shall be responsible for any underlayment work needed to be done to ensure new drain pipes are installed properly. 3. Successful bidder shall be responsible for purchasing two (2) ADA compliant walk-in shower units, final model to be approved by KTHA PRIOR to ordering. 4. Successful bidder shall be responsible for installing/repairing drywall after shower installation, which includes, mudding, texturing, and painting to match existing. 5. Successful bidder shall install new manifolds, faucets, drains, showerheads, cove, and any other items removed during demolition. 6. Successful bidder shall ensure no water leaks are present before the final walkthrough and approval. 7. Successful bidder will be required to secure/coordinate any subcontractors or additional trades needed to successfully complete this entire scope of work. 8. Successful bidder will be required to complete all work within 30 days. 9. FINAL walk-through will be completed by Maintenance Supervisor, Brian Gonzalez. Any items not completed as specified, to KTHA standards, must be corrected within 5 business days. 10. Successful bidder shall have appropriate license, certifications and insurance for the work to be performed. 11. All work shall be completed according to applicable building codes and regulations. No permits are required as this is Trust land. 12. All bids must include a TERO fee of 2% on the total bid amount and Tribal Sales Tax of 6% on all materials delivered to/installed on Trust land. Tribal Wage Rates (as attached) and Indian preference will apply.
