Asphaltic Concrete Pavement- Remove and Replace: Payment for this item includes, but is not limited to sawcutting, removal of existing pavement, granular backfill, compaction of backfill, asphaltic concrete, and all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to furnish and install the pavement complete and in place. 5. Concrete Pavement-Removal and Replace: Payment for this item includes, but is not limited to sawcutting, removal of existing pavement, granular backfill , compaction of backfill, concrete pavement, and all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to furnish and install the pavement complete and in place. 6. Gravel Drive-Remove and Replace: Payment for this item includes, but is not limited to removal of existing pavement, granular backfill, compaction of backfill, and all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to furnish and install the pavement complete and in place. 7. Combination Air Release Valves (CARV): Payment for this item includes, but is not limited to, the CARV, piping, granular material , concrete vault, excavation, odor control, and all improvements associated with each CARV. 8.
