Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction management services for mechanical systems improvements including design and oversight phases. Project Description The Architecture West building is now 46 years old. Its mechanical systems have been maintained throughout its life but they are well past their expected life span. The project aims to replace all terminal units within the building and the central air handling unit. It is envisioned that much of the duct work will remain. New Controls are anticipated to be part of the project. Hazardous material abatement is anticipated with some duct mastic having been sampled and tested. In addition to mechanical upgrades there is an effort to create a dedicated space for the mechanical systems supporting electrical infrastructure.
