Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Dalton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.

Installation of four artificial turf baseball fields, including stone base, storm drainage, nailers, artificial turf, infill, base inserts, and field striping. In general, the project includes the installation of four artificial turf baseball fields at Al Rollins Park. The contractor will supply and install stone base, storm drainage, nailers, artificial turf, infill, base inserts, field striping and all other materials & labor required for a complete installation. The requirements for construction of the Project, and the duties and responsibilities of the contractor whose Proposal is accepted The contractor will be required to coordinate with the City for the scheduling, phasing and installation of the artificial turf system . Under a separate contract, the City will remove soil to sub-grade as shown on the contract documents and provide a connection point for the contractor's underdrainage system . The City will also provide a concrete perimeter curb for the installation of the wood nailer.
