Replace two class 3 vault doors with one class 5 vault door. Texas Military Department San Marcos Armory at 201 City Park, Building 1, San Marcos Texas 78666, seeks bids from qualified vendors to remove and replace existing 40 inch by 78 inch vault door: Current Make Mosler, Model Number 5161. Contractor shall supply and replace two (2) each class three (3) vault doors with one (1) each class five (5) single vault door. B. Contractor shall remove existing vault door, frame, and threshold. C. Contractor shall saw cut interior cement wall to accommodate two masonries, opening masonry wall six (6) inches. D. Contractor shall saw cut the steel plates for the removal of the vault door frame and for the installation of the new vault door as needed to accomplish the task at hand. E. Contractors shall install one General Services Administration (GSA) approved Double Leaf Class 5-A vault door, frame, threshold, hardware and Sargent and Greenleaf (S&G) 2937 lock and/or equivalent. F. Contractor shall clean and keep a safe worksite on a daily basis, haul off and dispose of debris and all unused materials, and ensure all work areas are cleaned at the completion of the job. G. Contractor shall pick up and remove old vaults, frames, hardware, doors, frames and threshold. H. Contractor shall notify the TMD Project Manager of repairs not covered in the statement of work that are necessary for satisfactory completion of services. I. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to review the solicitation as well as answer any questions regarding completing and submitting the bid.
