Blackhawk Technical College is seeking competitive, sealed bids to install epoxy floor covering over existing ceramic tiles, recolor and seal existing ceramic tiles on walls, and apply a hardened finish over the existing countertops, partition walls and doors in restrooms and showers at Peet Hall located at Beloit College. The result should provide a consistent feeling throughout the dorm and in agreement with similar work at similar dorms at Beloit College. Work includes installing an epoxy flooring system over existing ceramic tile flooring, refinishing and sealing ceramic wall tile, and applying compatible coating systems to privacy partitions and restroom countertops. The vendor shall perform all work in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, applicable safety requirements, and industry best practices. Upon award, the project will be scheduled during times that will minimize disruption to student activities, including rest, studying, social activities, recreation, and privacy.
