Blackhawk Technical College is a public 2-year Technical College with its main campus located between Janesville and Beloit, Wisconsin and a student body of approximately 1,500 FTE (full time equivalent) students. It serves approximately 6,000 people annually. In addition, BTC has another location in Monroe, WI that provide higher educational services for the residents of Green County. The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete interior painting work at Peet Hall. Work includes painting hard ceilings and various interior wall types located in common areas only. Resident rooms are excluded from this project scope. The vendor shall perform all work in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, applicable safety requirements, and industry best practices. Upon award, the project will be scheduled during times that will minimize disruption to student activities, including rest, studying, social activities, recreation, and privacy.
