Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lake Wales, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work included in this contract generally consists of the following: 1. Removal and replacement of the existing headworks system, site piping, and electrical system. 2. Construction of new Headworks system, platform walkway and stairs, piping modifications, site work demolition, dewatering, concrete support, concrete pad, electrical, instrumentation and controls. 3. Replacement of existing RAS/WAS pumps, installation of an Influent flow meter and variable frequency drives for the pumps. 4. Installation of Sludge Holding Tank jet mixing system, piping modifications, concrete support, concrete pad.
