SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials , equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following facilities repair and restoration work at Nottoway Elementary School: Acoustical Treatments - Replacement and installation of suspended ceiling tile (2'x2'), suspended ceiling grid systems, and ceiling diffusers/grills in affected areas. Drywall - Installation of 5/8" drywall hung, taped, floated, and ready for paint; drywall repair up to 2' tall per linear foot; and drywall installer/finisher labor as required. Floor Covering - Vinyl - Replacement and installation of vinyl flooring including gymnasium floor covering (bid item), vinyl tile replacement, vinyl accent strips , vinyl sheet goods, and vinyl plank flooring in the Media Center and other designated areas. Painting - Interior painting of walls (one coat) in all affected rooms, hallways, and spaces. Insulation - Installation of blown-in insulation (16 depth - R44), batt insulation (4 - R13 unfaced batt), and vapor barrier (visqueen - 6mil) as specified.
