Site work, renovation and addition to a military facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
The work in general consists of providing civil, electrical, and structural additions and revisions to provide a new Standby Generator with service rated automatic transfer switch and subbase diesel fuel tank for 17th Street Armory. Items not indicated in the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings that can be legitimately and reasonably inferred to complete the work must be furnished by the Contractor as though it were detailed herein. The work in general consists of providing civil, electrical, and structural additions and revisions to provide a new Standby Generator with service rated automatic transfer switch and sub base diesel fuel tank for 17th Street Armory. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $475,000 to $550,000 Project No. 250036C001 Installation of a new standby generator including a service rated automatic transfer switch, sub base diesel fuel tank, and associated civil, electrical, and structural additions and revisions.
