Asphalt pavement construction, shouldering, seeding, and pavement marking. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Question Deadline 08/21/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Questions received less than 48 hours prior the opening of Bids may not be answered. 1. Ensure NOTAM is active and install safety devices, perform lockout/tagout of airfield lighting system. 2. Mill and pave asphalt test strip including crack repair, crack relief seal coat, and asphalt pavement. 3. Mill existing taxiway connector tie-ins. 4. Perform crack repair in tie-in section and place crack relief seal coat where shown. a. Note Work Area Method 1 and Work Area Method 2 on sheet GI-101. 5. Pave asphalt overlay. 6. Apply temporary markings. 7. Grade and hydroseed along pavement edges. 8. Remove safety devices, ensure NOTAM is canceled , reopen runway. 9. After minimum of 30 days, re-close runway (NOTAM and closure markers required) and apply final pavement markings. 10. Reopen runway.
