The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is to select a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (the "CMAR") to provide preconstruction and construction services for enhancements and expansion of the Clearwater Baseball Campus (primarily BayCare Ballpark, located at 601 North Old Coachman Rd., Clearwater, FL 33765) which may include, but not be limited to, the following: _ Player development / Performance Center addition inclusive of training, performance, recovery and support spaces; n BayCare Ballpark renovations, additions, and operational enhancements such as: _ Concourse improvements, circulation enhancements, and fan experience upgrades Concession enhancements including renovations of existing stands and expansion of portables Food and beverage, hospitality, premium seating, and retail improvements n Restroom renovations n Sports lighting, electrical, and related infrastructure building system upgrades n Entry plaza, pedestrian circulation, and wayfinding enhancements n Baseball operations, coaching, administrative, and support space improvements; _ Field improvements, turf, drainage, irrigation, and civil infrastructure upgrades; Site development and campus-wide infrastructure improvements including flood mitigation, stormwater management, water storage and drainage improvements; n Emergency power, backup systems, and disaster recovery infrastructure; and Campus technology, communications, security and technology enhancements
