The City has established an estimated budget of Three Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,400,000) for all the Work, including alternates as described in the Drawings, Technical Specifications, and other Contract Documents prepared by the Architect. The City of Georgetown (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors with substantial and relevant experience to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for construction of Fire Logistics Building. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the City staff and Architect to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery of the Project. The Fire Logistics Building will be constructed within the Fire Station 5 Training Complex. The approximately 9,000 sf Fire Logistic Building will provided a Centralized storage and distribution location for all of the city's fire facilities. In accordance with Subchapter F of Government Code, Chapter 2269, the City of Georgetown is issuing this solicitation. The City will select a Construction Manager at Risk through this RFP process.
