The City of Georgetown (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors with substantial and relevant experience to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for construction of Fire Logistics Building. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the City staff and Architect to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery of the Project. The Fire Logistics Building will be constructed within the Fire Station 5 Training Complex. The approximately 9,000 sf Fire Logistic Building will provided a Centralized storage and distribution location for all of the city's fire facilities. In accordance with Subchapter F of Government Code, Chapter 2269, the City of Georgetown is issuing this solicitation. The City will select a Construction Manager at Risk through this RFP process.
