Wildfire hazard reduction and improved wildlife habitat by removing live and dead pinyon pine and juniper trees by lop and scatter on 812 acres. LOCATION: The project areas lie roughly 6 miles southeast of the town of Enterprise (Washington County, Utah). PRE-QUALIFICATION: Pursuant to the Utah Procurement Code, participation in this is limited to pre-qualified contractors only. Bids or quotes submitted by a non-prequalified contractor will not be considered. Introduction: Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands (FFSL) in conjunction with the U.S. Forest Service - Dixie National Forest (USFS) is acquiring services in this contract to provide for wildfire hazard reduction and improved wildlife habitat by removing live and dead pinyon pine and juniper trees by lop and scatter. Bids should be submitted on a per/acre basis and total cost basis. Per acre and total bid prices will include all mobilization and operation costs. There will be no fuel surcharges or adjustments negotiated. There will be no government provided materials for this project. Project area totals approximately 812 acres as identified on attached site map. Question Deadline 08/18/2026 at 2:00 PM MT All questions must be submitted through U3P during the question and answer period.
