Provide annual inspection, testing, maintenance, and servicing for 38 fire extinguishers located at the Nogales Field Office. Services shall ensure all extinguishers remain fully charged, accessible, compliant with applicable safety standards, and fully operational to protect personnel and property. The contractor shall provide detailed plans describing the work being proposed and furnish pricing for the base period and all option years. Work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements identified in the Statement of Work, including inspection, acceptance, and delivery requirements. The requirement will result in a single firm-fixed-price contract restricted to small businesses. Evaluation will consider technical acceptability, technical approach, past performance, and price. The contractor shall maintain an active UEI and be capable of electronic invoicing through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
