PROJECT DESCRIPTION : The USO Building Demolition and Hazardous Materials Abatement Project includes the demolition of the old Jacksonville USO, a singlestory frame building estimated at 11,000 square feet, located at 9 Tallman Street, Jacksonville, North Carolina, 28540. This building dates from approximately 1942 and occupies the site at the corner of Tallman Street and Riverview Street. The west side of the building sits approximately 120' from theeast bank of the New River. The original building appears to have variousaddition(s) and renovation(s) since first constructed. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials and all else required for the project as described in the supplied project description, specifications, drawings and contract documents.
