Replacement of a cast in place double box culvert. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount). Consists of removing the existing structure and constructing of a new double barrel 12'x3' cast-in-place reinforced concrete box culvert, 89'-0" long with 55 degree skew right ahead, reconstructing roadway and other related work. Pre -qualification is required in accordance with Check Sheet LRS - 6 " Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals " . The awarding authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in Check Sheet LRS- 6 "Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals" prepared by the Department of Transportation.
