As of October 15, 2026 project was awarded to Steep Creek Construction, awarded amount is $2,328,027.94 The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: The project scope is to remove existing small diameter storm sewer pipes and to replace them with an 8'x3' box culvert, regrade a detention pond and downstream channel. The project will require the relocation of water and sanitary sewer utilities, the construction of new storm inlets and junction boxes, as well as street, sidewalk, and driveway replacement. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
