Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental services necessary to remove the existing Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) flooring and install a new industrial-grade epoxy flooring system in the first-floor and third-floor sallyports of the West Building. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and include all required demolition, surface preparation, installation, and finishing activities necessary to provide a complete and operational flooring system. The project is being procured as a firm-fixed-price construction contract with an anticipated performance period of 210 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contractors shall provide a summary of their technical approach for completing the work, attend the mandatory site visit, submit the required bid bond, and complete the specified portions of SF 1442. Evaluation will consider past performance, price, and delivery time, with award based on a best-value determination to a responsible contractor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation requirements.
