Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to install environmental controls, an automated drip irrigation system, a new cooling system, and a bug exclusion system for two Jaderloon Classic Gutter Greenhouses. The contractor shall furnish and install all required components, controls, infrastructure, and accessories necessary to provide complete and fully operational greenhouse environmental management systems. Work includes the installation and integration of greenhouse environmental control systems, automated irrigation capabilities, cooling equipment, and pest exclusion measures to improve growing conditions and operational efficiency. The contractor shall provide all testing, calibration, startup, and commissioning services required to ensure proper system performance and compliance with the project requirements. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 221310, Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. Attendance at a mandatory site visit is required for a quotation to be considered technically acceptable. Period of Performance The period of performance for this purchase order will allow for 120 days after award to be substantially complete.
