Should the bidder require additional information about this bid, please submit questions via email , (with delivery & read receipt), to: Mike.Cernock@LakeZurich.org Questions should be submitted no later than 3:00pm on Thursday, August 13, 2026 The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the removal, preparation, and patching of various locations within the Village. This work shall be performed in accordance with Section 442 of the IDOT Standard Specifications, except as modified herein. The work shall include full-depth saw cutting, removal, and disposal of the existing pavement; preparation of the base course; and replacement with new hot-mix asphalt pavement to the thickness specified. Materials shall be installed in lifts not exceeding four (4) inches and compacted to the satisfaction of the OWNER. The final lift shall consist of a minimum of two (2) inches of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course. The area measured for payment shall be the actual area marked by the OWNER. Any additional area removed or damaged by the Contractor beyond the limits established by the OWNER shall not be measured for payment and shall be removed and replaced at the Contractor's expense. All material removed shall be replaced with new material by the end of the same working day in accordance with these specifications. All materials shall be approved by the State of Illinois, and certified inspection tickets shall be furnished to the OWNER.
