Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and related services necessary to install a replacement individual on-site septic system for an existing home. Work includes installation of 4-inch solid sewer pipe, one underground two-way cleanout, one 1,050-gallon two-compartment concrete septic tank with effluent filter, a distribution box with speed levelers, and 4-inch PVC feeder lines connected to gravity trench chamber drainfield laterals. The existing septic tank shall be pumped, decommissioned, and abandoned in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor shall be responsible for any required site investigation and for obtaining all necessary permits, including the Department of Ecology Notice of Intent.
