Renovation of a municipal facility in Poughkeepsie, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids will be received for Multiple-Prime Contract (Roofing and Mechanical). Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive/deduct alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The project consists of replacing existing roofing system with new system. Question Deadline 08/25/2026 at 12:00 PM ET QUESTIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO JDIROCCO@CPLTEAM.COM. Questions received after this date may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Final addenda will be issued by Tuesday, September 01, 2026. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Security for Faithful Performance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. All bids shall be binding for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The Town of Poughkeepsie reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
