Installation of Polygon open-air shelter at Gage Park SCOPE OF WORK 1. Preparations of sub base, installation of concrete footers, and shelter pad will be completed by SCP+R approved vendor (Meri-Crete). Coordination of specifications is the winning bidder's responsibility. 2. Construction of 24x30 Poligon shelter with supplied materials. 3. Purchase and installation of lighting and necessary switches will be completed by SCP+R approved vendor (DL Smith). Coordination of specifications is the winning bidder's responsibility. All questions regarding this RFP should be submitted through the Shawnee County Online Bid Portal. The last day to submit questions: 09/28/26 by 5:00 pm (local time).
