1. The Plumbing Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work of this bid package. 2. This Contractor is responsible for all survey, engineering and layout required for work of this bid package from control lines and benchmarks established by the GC. 3. PC Prime to take the lead-role in the below slab coordination drawings. Coordinate with all Primes. 4. Partial testing of systems may be required so that other Contractors can complete their work in a timely manner. These tests will be performed as directed by the A/E at no additional cost to the Owner. Any additional valving and capping of lines required for this testing will be this Contractor's responsibility. 5. Coordinate all access, deliveries, laydown and stockpile areas, equipment locations and sequencing of work with the A/E and Owner. 6. Coordinate the work of this bid package with all other Prime Contractors. 7. This contractor is responsible to removal all trash related to his work to dumpsters provided by the GC. 8. This Contractor will comply with all OSHA requirements pertaining to the performance of his work. 9. Provide and install all sealants, firestop and caulking at all penetrations required in the performance of this Work and as specified in the'" Contract Documents. The integrity of fire, smoke and sound walls must be maintained. Sealants required at interface points between materials supplied by others and materials supplied by this Bid Package will be this Contractor's responsibility.
