Picacho St. (Gymnasium ) and 404 E. Florence Blvd. (Auditorium). Work includes the removal of all Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM ) identified in the reports provided by Ole A. Solberg P.E. , conducted in strict compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. Following successful abatement and required oversight, both structures will be demolished and cleared to ground-ready condition . The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary licensing, safety measures, site barriers, and regulatory compliance throughout the project.
