Site work for a water / sewer project in Sherman, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of all work associated with the lump sum and unit price bid for installation of approximately 150-feet of 8-inch pipe, 300-feet of 10-inch pipe, 260-feet of 16-inch pipe, and 530-feet of 24-inch pipe. Project shall include all necessary labor, materials, and testing in accordance with the plans and specifications. This project consists of all work associated with the lump sum and unit price bid for installation of approximately 1220 linear feet (LF) of pipe in various locations. The opinion of probable construction cost (OPCC) for the Base Bid of the project is approximately $ 1,900,800 to $2,201,000. Question Deadline 08/25/2026 at 4:00 PM CT All questions proposed through online will be answered at the pre-bid meeting. Following the pre-bid meeting an addendum will be issued with the written responses to all questions.
