Conditions: For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors whose principal place of business is in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement applies, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by that agreement, and who hold the required license under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B-1.1), will be considered. Bids must be prepared using the forms provided in the bidding documents. The bidder must not, during the three (3) years preceding the bid opening date, have received an unsatisfactory performance report from the "Owner" or the Service Center representing the Owner regarding previous contracts. Contractors submitting bids are responsible for the selection of subcontractors, both for their financial standing and for the content of their bid.
